Maintaining School Notification Contact Info.

Hi Parents/Guardians,

Fall is passing us and it seems winter is quickly approaching.  With this cold weather comes the inevitable events of school delayed openings and closures.  Every year we work hard to make sure that the notifications sent out by the Superintendent get to you, but we need your help.  We will be using three methods of delivering these messages to you. 

  • An email will be sent to the address you have provided to us (see directions attached on how to validate we have the correct contact info).
  • A phone call will be sent with a pre-recorded message to the number you have provided to us and authorized us to call (see directions attached on how to validate we have the correct contact info).
  • The websites for each of the schools will now show a banner message indicating the closure or delay for that day, in case you are afraid you didn’t get the message.

Please take a couple of minutes and follow the steps attached in the pdf file.  If you feel you didn’t get messages this fall, such as the weekly updates, but the info is all correct AFTER following the attached steps, please check your email SPAM folders. 

Also, please note that we have added to the parent portal, on the lower left side for each of your students, their PayForIt lunch ID number and a link to that site, should you need to update the balance or get other info.
